I attended a family member's wedding reception here (Sullivan)over the weekend. The food was amazing! Bacon wrapped shrimp, bacon wrapped artichoke hearts, boiled shrimp, spinach pizza, egg rolls, gumbo (with just the right amount of rice), Italian sausage, jambalaya, fruit & salad bar, roast beef & tators were all served warm and plentiful. The decor was beautiful and there was plenty of room for tables. Very nice!
Just one tiny helpful hint.........please have staff remove empty plates from the tables. With so many eating, it left a ton of empty dishes & drink glasses on the table which became a crowded mess. Other than that, it was extremely nice.
Rehearsal Dinner Experience
Attended a rehearsal dinner Thursday for a wedding tonight. The venue is perfect for a medium size wedding (100-125) the staff is exceptional, the food was perfect, the best catered food I have ever had. The cheesecake desert was too die for. Can't wait for the bug event tonight.
Hurricane Bride
I want to take a minute to say thanks to the staff and affiliates of Trinity Slidell. Due to Hurricane Nate my fiancée and I was faced with the difficult decision of postponing our wedding but thanks to Krystal we were able to do so with no problems. Krystal quickly assisted us with picking and confirming a new wedding date and she also took the time to assist us by reaching out to some of the others that were scheduled to provide us with their services on our day...Krystal is very professional and easy to work with. She have made the whole planning process do easy. I recommend to anyone that is getting married or have an upcoming event to check out Trinity Slidell. I promise you won't be disappointed.
